Fly into Sayak Airport (IATA: IAO) on Siargao Island. There are direct flights from Clark (CRK), Cebu (Mactan-Cebu International), and Davao (Francisco Bangoy International). From Manila (NAIA), you will need to stop in Cebu first before connecting to Siargao. Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines both operate routes to Siargao. Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out can often be arranged depending on availability — please request this in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate. Luggage storage is available on arrival days.

Kawayan Villa Siargao has 2 bedrooms, each fitted with a king-size bed, air conditioning and premium linen. Both bedrooms share access to the outdoor open-sky garden bathroom — a unique and beautiful feature of the villa. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests per bedroom, 8 guests total across the villa.

It depends on how many rooms you book. If you book both bedrooms, you have the entire villa — pool, garden, living room and all amenities — exclusively to yourselves. If you book one bedroom only, the pool and common areas may be shared with guests staying in the second room. The pool is never shared with any outside guests or other properties.

Yes — breakfast is included every morning and served at a time convenient for you. Guests choose what they'd like: a French-style breakfast featuring freshly baked viennoiserie from our own bakery next door, Kawayan Gourmand (croissants, pains au chocolat, artisan bread, jam, butter, fresh fruit, coffee and juice), a full English hot plate, or a traditional Filipino breakfast. Just let us know your preference on arrival — dietary requirements can also be accommodated with advance notice.

Our in-house staff is available to assist you every day from 6AM until 10PM. If you need to reach us after those hours, you can send us a message directly via WhatsApp and we will respond as quickly as possible.

A security guard is stationed at the villa from 9PM until 6AM, so you can rest easy throughout the night.

Kawayan Villa Siargao is looked after by a dedicated team of six, all focused on making your stay seamless and memorable:

We offer a full à la carte breakfast included in all packages, served each morning to start your day in style. Choose from freshly baked bread and viennoiseries from Kawayan Gourmand, our bakery next door, butter and jam, a selection of hot drinks (coffee, tea, chocolate or milk), yogurt, fresh fruit salad and cold-pressed juices. For something more substantial, enjoy a Full English breakfast or a traditional Filipino breakfast — all prepared fresh for you each morning.

For lunch, we work with Kawayan Gourmand to bring freshly prepared dishes directly to the villa — simply let us know what you'd like and we'll take care of the rest.

For dinner, Siargao has an incredible selection of restaurants in General Luna to suit every taste. We are happy to make recommendations and reservations on your behalf, or arrange for food to be delivered and served at the villa for a more private dining experience.

The villa includes: private mirror pool, 220m² grand living room, full-size pool table, private stocked bar, daily breakfast (French, English or Filipino), daily housekeeping, high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms, outdoor open-sky bathroom, tropical garden, and activity booking assistance. Yes, daily housekeeping is included. The villa will be serviced each day — rooms refreshed, towels changed, pool maintained and common areas cleaned. We aim to be discreet and work around your schedule.

Yes — Kawayan Villa Siargao has fibre internet, one of the most stable connections in Siargao, with an average speed of 80 Mbps throughout the entire property. We also have a standby generator, so you don't need to worry about power interruptions affecting your stay.

Submit a booking request through our booking page — it takes under 2 minutes. We will confirm availability and send payment details within 24 hours. No payment is required until we confirm. You can also find us on Booking.com, but booking direct gives you the best rate and direct contact with us.

If you cancel 15 days or more before your arrival date, you receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount. Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival are non-refundable. In the event of serious illness or circumstances beyond your control, contact us directly and we will do our best to find a solution.

The minimum stay is 3 nights. For peak season (December to March) and special holiday periods, a minimum of 5 nights may apply. Contact us directly if you'd like to book a shorter stay — we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

We accept bank transfer (EUR, USD, PHP), PayPal and Wise. Payment details are provided after booking confirmation. A 50% deposit is required to secure your dates when booking more than one month before arrival, with the balance due one month before your arrival date.

Rates start at ₱20,000 per night for one bedroom (base rate for 2 guests, up to 4 guests maximum). Booking the full villa — both bedrooms — is ₱40,000 per night (base for 4 guests, up to 8 guests total). Additional guests beyond the base are charged at ₱3,500 per person per night. A minimum stay of 3 nights applies; 5 nights during peak season (December to March). All rates include daily breakfast, Wi-Fi, housekeeping, and airport transfer from Sayak Airport. Small, well-behaved pets may be considered at the discretion of the team — please inform us at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements. A small cleaning fee may apply. Please note that Siargao Island has strict requirements for importing animals into the Philippines — check current Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) regulations before travelling with your pet.

Yes — we work with trusted local guides and operators and can arrange everything: island hopping (Naked Island, Dako, Guyam), scuba diving, deep sea fishing, Magpupungko rock pools, yoga sessions, motorbike rental and more. Yes, there are ATMs on Siargao, but we strongly recommend arriving with enough cash for your entire stay. The island has a limited number of machines — mainly in General Luna town — and they can run out of cash during peak season or after busy weekends. Queues can also be long. The most reliable ATMs belong to BDO and BPI, both located near the town centre. International cards (Visa, Mastercard) are generally accepted, though withdrawal limits are low (typically ₱10,000–₱15,000 per transaction) and foreign transaction fees apply. We advise withdrawing cash in Cebu or Manila before flying in, and keeping a reserve for tips, motorbike rentals, and local restaurants that are cash-only.

The dry season runs from March to October, with the best surf and clearest water. Peak surf season is August to November when the swells from the Pacific are most consistent — this is when the Cloud 9 Surfing Competition is held. December to February can bring rain and occasional typhoons, though many guests still enjoy the quieter, greener island during this period.

Siargao is considered one of the safest destinations in the Philippines and is very welcoming to international visitors. General Luna and Cloud 9 are tourist-friendly areas with a relaxed, community atmosphere.
