About the two-bedroom model Kawayan Villa has two bedroom suites. Booking 1 Room means another party may book the second bedroom — pool, garden and living areas would then be shared. Booking 2 Rooms gives you exclusive use of the entire villa, with no other guests.

When you book direct, David Frachou personally handles your reservation and can accommodate specific requests — extra beds, special dietary requirements for breakfast, surfboard storage, fishing day trips — that platform forms don't allow for.

How it works

Submit the booking form or WhatsApp us. We confirm availability and send a quote within 24 hours. To hold the dates: 50% deposit by bank transfer, PayPal or Wise. Balance due one month before arrival. No credit card surcharges. No hidden fees.

Cancellations 15+ days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Within 15 days the deposit is non-refundable. We are always willing to discuss rescheduling if dates change — something platforms don't allow.
