Your Kawayan Villa experience starts as soon as you arrive at our doorstep. You are greeted with a beautiful hardwood door onto a walkway with an intricate display of tropical plants.

The full scenic view of our mirror swimming pool and well maintained garden is always at reach in any part of the property. It invites you to a complete immersion in all key elements of the environment: air, water, and land.

How do we get to Kawayan Villa, Siargao Island?

There are direct flights everyday to Sayak Airport coming from Manila, Cebu, and Davao via Cebu Pacific or Philippine Airlines. Upon landing, a private van will pick you up to take you to Kawayan Villa.

Is there good internet connection in the property?

Our internet connection is one of the most stable in Siargao with an average of 80MBPS all throughout the property. We also have a standby generator so you don’t have to worry of any power interruption.

Can we extend after our pre-booked stay?

This will fully depend on the availability of the villa. If you wish to extend, please let us know before your checkout day and how long you want to extend for so we can block the dates for you, if possible.

Do you allow early check in and late check out?

This will also depend on the availability of the villa. Upon booking, please let us know of your flight details so we can check. If by any chance that the villa is booked prior to check in or after the checkout time, rest assured that your luggage is safe in our secured storage.

What payment options do you accept on site?

We accept cash, bank transfer, Gcash, and Paypal.

Is there foreign currency exchange in Kawayan Villa?

No, however there are places in General Luna town which offer this service. There are also multiple ATMs around the island in case you need to withdraw.

Can we book the living area for a small get together?

Yes, it is possible. For inquiries, please send us a message directly at info@kawayanvillasiargao.com or through our WhatsApp number.

Can we bring outside food and drinks?

Food and drinks cannot be brought in the property without prior arrangement and payment of corkage fees. Please let us know in advance if you intend to do so.

What is the menu like in Kawayan Villa?

We have no set menu. We create dishes according to our guests’ taste and allergies, and product availability in the market. Let us know what you want to eat and we’ll make it happen.

Will the property be fully-staffed 24/7?

Our in-house staff is available to assist you everyday from 6AM until 10PM. If you need to reach us after those hours, you may directly send us a message through WhatsApp.
A security guard is stationed in the villa as well from 9PM until 6AM.

Is there water sports equipment we can rent on site?

No. However, we’ll be more than happy to arrange it for you. We have been in business in Siargao for more than a decade so we know who is the best to contact for the equipment you need.

What are the languages spoken in Kawayan Villa?

We speak English, Tagalog, Bisaya, and French.

Is there a hospital in Siargao Island?

The main hospital of Siargao Island is located in Dapa, approximately 20 kilometers from the villa. There are also private clinics and pharmacies in General Luna town open everyday.

How can we go around the island?
